Session Policies

All sessions are by appointment only. It is recommended you call at least 24-48 hours in advance to schedule your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Doing this will help you relax and not feel rushed while filling out your intake form.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Sexual misconduct of any kind, verbal or physical, will not be tolerated. Your session will end immediately. You will be given 2-minutes to redress and leave the premises. If you are not gone in 2-minutes, 9-1-1 and local authorities will be called to escort you from the premises.


  • No-Show Policy: The client will be billed the full amount of the service scheduled, allowing for emergency exceptions.


  • Age Restriction Policy: All clients under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian present in the room during the session or the parent/legal guardian must sign a waiver stating they will sit in the waiting room during the session. All clients under the age of 13 must have a parent/legal guardian in the room at all times during the session. Clients under the age of 13 will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for the appropriate therapy and may require a Doctor’s approval.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24-hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the same fee schedule listed in the no-show policy. Exceptions will be made for weather and emergency situations.


  • Late Arrival Policy: Clients who arrive less than 15 minutes late will receive the remainder of their session, which will end at the scheduled time, and will pay full price for the appointment. It is at the massage therapists’ discretion whether or not to accept clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late.



  • Inclement Weather Policy: If weather makes it unsafe for you to travel, we ask that you call or email to reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible. If we decide to close due to weather conditions and you have an appointment scheduled for that day, we will call or text you as soon as we have made the decision. There is no cancellation fee when an appointment has been rescheduled due to unsafe road conditions.
